SERVING NORTHEAST OHIO FOR OVER THIRTY YEARS
MEZZANINES
If you're one of the companies that's seen its business expand or if you're thinking a about adding a new product line or service, the question of where to put everything is bound to come up sooner or later. Looking for a new location is always complicated, and moving is costly as well. If you have enough height within your existing building, why not put it to use? We've been helping businesses do just that for years.
Mezzanines come in many different varieties. Shown below are some common styles. We can also design them using pallet rack components for the support structure.

Even if you already own shelving, it can often be used to form the lower level in the "Catwalk" and "Full Mat" pictures above.
This illustration features a variety of functions that a mezzanine can
help you accomplish. The basic structure in either pre-engineered or modular
form is manufactured by W.A.Schmidt, Inc. We can then provide all of the
other items (except the lift truck) from a variety of sources to suit your
needs. You can set up a stockroom, assembly/packing area, modular offices
or other functions because columns underneath can be kept to a minimum.
A variety of flooring surfaces such as bar grating, diamond plate, plywood/roof
deck or non-skid polyethylene-coated plywood can be used to accomodate
the upper level functions.

Here is a Schmidt mezzanine in action. Notice the difference? An entire
storage area has been created using the available height inside the building.
Better utilization of space has given this company a new persepctive on
how to conduct their business.
This
installation shows Republic Clerespan mezzanine components along with double-level
shelving and plastic pick bins.
